    Hi,

Out of interest, is there a way to find out where your old cars are now?

The merlin website used to be able to tell you when last taxed etc. Dont think you can get the info very easily anymore though

People want to charge money for that kind of thing :)

Privacy of the new owners, thieves looking for a car to swipe...

The only people who can find out where they are, are the people who work in the VRO. The Merlin thing was just like motorcheck etc - it still wont tell you where the car is.

Ahh mine is driving around a field in Laois afaik, my uncle took it off my hands and my cousin is learning to drive in it.. :D

As for if its possible, I'm sure it is, but like someone said, you have to pay to get that info.. :)

No you can't pay for that info, it's protected under privacy laws!

Yeah I meant for getting other details, not for the location or owner of the car
