Just looking for a quick opinion. Would this combo work well? Both will be tailor made for me, so should be decent quality and fit.

My girlfriend seems to think this will look "hot", but I'm fashion illiterate myself, so haven't a clue if this is true.

The suit is a very dark charcoal, just off black I'd say. I don't plan on wearing a tie with this combo even though the missus insists a pink one  would go well with it.

Works fine if you are sallow/tanned. Otherwise if you are white like most Irish people it will look like funeral attire.

All male, but I don't like "black on black" clothing.

Black on black ( black on dark charcoal) can work well if you are careful. As you won't be working with colour you really need to pay attention to the pattern. If your suit is plain then wear a strongly patterned shirt. conversly, if the suit is pinstriped or checked then wear a plain shirt. If you go for a tie wear a strong bright pastel plain tie, no pattern. Pink could work, dependig on your own colouring. Orange - russet - autumnal colours would work better (IMO). Gold and black is always a good combination if a little 80's.
Personally I'd avoid the black(or dark charcoal grey) on black thing altogether. I couldn't carry it off.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

From a girls perspective i love it...and most of my friends do too. The suit Bradley has on it that pic is very classy..very subtle pinstripe and dark shirt.Yum!

Either that, or like The Accused...
