    I am looking to find an advertising sales rep paying a generous commission, has anybody any ideas how to find someone, or know of anyone.

    You could try advertising the job online? Gumtree.ie and Fas.ie are free for employers.

    salesjobs.ie is a good site to advertise for sales roles. if you google salesjobs ireland you will probably get other sites also. The sites mentioned above would be good for a free option also.
