    My gf's Mother would like to work in a hospital, she is a qualified nurse and midwife, but the rule is, you work 5 years in your field of choice in your native country.. or no job in Ireland.
    She worked 4 years and 4 months, basically.. I wanna know where I can put a thread, so i can get the best answers.

    edit: cos.. movin back to poland to work for 8 months isnt viable, shes got a young girl in school and another daughter finishing secondary school atm.
