i have a 18month old triton AS2000X power shower and it developed a fault. When I switch it off, you can hear the motor cut off but the water still flows. It's much more than a simple trickle, it's almost flowing at full power. I would have thought that if the motor is off, the flow would stop, obviously this is not the…

Over night I have had to just leave the shower head on the ground - it's using up obviously significant quantities of water. Help please.
