They seem to be on the road alot! How do the train? How do they keep ring fit?

I also wonder with all the different styles and moves how do they know what moves can they use on each other safely?

Other than Hogans big leg drop I wouldn’t be too comfortable of taking any other hit

By keeping their nutrition up and hitting the gym in whatever town their in would be my guess.

I can remember someone saying that "Wrestling is all about trust. If you don't trust your opponent you're going to get hurt."

the majority of wrestlers have put in a long timein a training school before they get a chance to go on the road. At a training school you are taught the basics first the gradually you learn the bigger moves. in training crash mats are used while learning the top rope moves, suplexes etc. as keeping ring fit, if you take the wwe wrstlers, they would try to workout in gyms in the places they have shows and if you wrestle the majority of the days of the week your in ring work will be fresh.

I never got how the stay in shape either. I just presumed that they used gyms wherever they are. I think in WWE they all use Gold's Gym which are a huge franchise in the U.S.

On average how many shows would they do a week? Combine that with traveling they must have very little time to work out
