Buying an iPhone in Prague - any info?

Hey, heading to Prague in a couple of weeks and was just wondering if anyone knew if it would be worth buying an iPhone over there - would it work out cheaper and are they factory unlocked by default? If anyone has any info on the above I'd be very grateful - thanks in advance
