    hi,

i was going through my documentation i got from my former employer(dell)

and noticed i had the usual p45,p50 and so on i also have a income Levy cert.

can i claim back on this or is it too late.

i ceased employment 1st of may 2009 and did claim my tax back but did nothing about the income levy..

if i can claim how do i go about it.

    Thanks

To claim it back, you must reg for paye anytime and apply on line as due to work to rule in the civil service, the staff won't deal with refunds of the income levy

You do not register for PAYE online to deal with the levy as the Levy refund:

Here is the form to claim it back

EDIT :I've added it to the stickies. I was not aware that the Revenue are not processing these refunds due to work to rule- can anyone confirm this?

I filled mine out online well over a month ago and was wondering why I never even got an email saying the refund is being processed nevermind the actual refund..great!

You can submit a claim online on www.revenue.ie:

If you prefer you can still send you claim in by post, non CPSU members will still be processing the claims. However, there will probably be a big backlog.
