Was anyone out early this morning? What were the roads like?

Will it be ok to ride to work in the morning?

I'm in North County Dublin and the roads are very icy even now. The forcast is heavy frost so looks ropey for tomorrow.

MTB or cross bike for my commute tomorrow ;)

A very heavy frost seems to be setting in when I arrived home at 12.30.where there is water take it as being frozen. Where there isn't water take it as being slippy.

D15 is icy, I encountered large puddles of ice on my way into work this morning. They're easy to see tho.

Cycled D15 to city centre....didn't see any ice or slip once. Was expecting a lot worse

'twas grand really. It was a little difficult at times to tell whether there was ice or not, but no wheel slippages so definitely not as bad as it looked.

Small patch of ice 2cmx2cm on the corner of Lombard street and Pearse street beside the Lombard pub.

Better late than never I suppose. I went down on that patch, broke both arms and both legs and caused a major pileup :(
