Hi all, Their website claims they are but I'm not convinced.

ITEC does appear to be FETAC registered; the only FETAC courses being offered by ITEC are the ones actually described as FETAC. However, these are only Component Certificates that are being offered, in other words you will only have one module of a full certificate. If that is all you require then you have no problems.

If you pass one module you get a component certificate, if you pass seven modules you get a component certificate.

However if you want a full certificate to give you a recognised qualification then you will have to do 8 modules, including Work Experience and Communications which are both compulsory modules on any full cert. FETAC allows you to build up a full certificate from individual modules, but ITs for example may not accept certificates built up in that way (some do, some don't).

    I hope this is clear.
