All Companies have certain legal obligations to meet. One of these is that people who are looking for employment must provide confirmation of their eligibility to work in Ireland, before any offer of employment can be made. Producing your current entry visa and Immigration Certificate of Registration/GNIB card satisfies this. You’ll need to bring these documents along to the interview. Without this evidence we cannot process your application further.

Are you from Germany? If so, you won't need any of those forms...

Despite what the quoted policy says, I think you'll find the obligation is to ensure that people who do work are eligible to work. (Illegals care allowed to look for work, they're just not allowed to do any!) Small but subtle.

I guess the company in question hires a lot of foreign nationals. Methinks and EU passport would do the trick.
