Depersonalisation

So basically I contracted (for want of a better word) depersonalisation a month or so ago from a cannabanoid and I feel that its finely starting to clear up, as in I feel my sense of perception has almost been fully restored. My question is this, what is it that made me in particular susceptible to this? None of my friends got the same prolonged feeling so I'm just anxious to know was it caused by my particular joint or my neurochemistry or whatever? Also, any tips on how to avoid a future case as I didn't particularly enjoy this one. ;)

    Cheers.

Have you not been to a doctor? Do you know for certain what the cause and effect are? You really don't know what you have. This really is into the medical advice area.

With any given drug, different people react differently. While it isn't a known side-effect, I suffer from giddiness with paracetamol. While drugs bought from a pharmacy have a known potency (within a controlled variation), potentially you have no idea what you are smoking with illegal drugs. Not only are they mixed / altered by drug dealers, but nobody will have checked the potency of that batch.

If you've had problems, perhaps avoiding that drug is the best avenue.
