Starting Up Forms

    I am looking to start up a buisness with to work collegaues. I have a few questions about starting up if possible. Can anyone help.

    1. What forms do I need to fill out. I believe it is TR2 (ltd.); CRO form and memeradum of asccociation. I can get the forms online bar third. Where do i get that form.

    if you and your colleagues are starting a company, first you need to have submitted details to the CRO.



    There are businesses that help with company setup.....check online for these.

    There are threads already online about company setup docs.....

    Once you have a company number (i.e. company is registered), you then submit a TR2 to register a company for Corp tax, VAT, PAYE.

    All CRO & Revenue docs are all online www.cro.ie www.revenue.ie

    A few things you should think about:

    What type of business?
    What is your target market?
    Who are your competitors?
    What is your USP?
    How do you intend to sell your service/products?
    Do you need to rent a premises?
    Have you done a business plan?
    Have you done cash flow projections on your income & expenses for 3/ 6 /12 months?
    What are your (and the others) salary expectations considering your time, effort and your own investment in the business?
    What are your start up costs?
    How committed are you to the business if it takes off?
