Hi, can anyone reccomend a lipo, preferably a 7.2v that will sit comfortably in a crane stock m4.
    Thanks,
    Steve.

Most standard 7.2 lipos will fit inside the stock tube of almost any M4 variant. With a lipo you don't need a crane stock but it can make battery changing quicker. MIA have standard ASG 7.2 lipos that do the job.

If you want a high mah dedicated crane stock lipo, I'd go for this.http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/bb-battery/batteries/lithium-batteries/hot-power-7-4v-3000mah-15c-lithium-battery-crane-type.html

I have one running in my vfc 416. It does the job for me and I'm happy with it. I don't know generally how it is overall as it's the first and only lipo I have.
