Might be nice for an Alpine non-racing build, maybe my travel bike.

Paired with a 12-25, would go down to 9kph@60rpm and up to 58kph@120rpm, with the worst <12% jump well away from either end of the cassette, and jumps of 9.5% and 8.7% around the lowest gears.

By comparison, 50/34 x 12-27 has gaps of 12.5% and 14.3% around the lowest gears, gives only 9.5kph@60rpm and 62.9kph@120rpm.
