My cycling buddy is off tending to an injury, he wont be back out this season.
I havent cycled all winter so I am not that fast. Let me know if there are any spins similar to the ones in Dublin on here.

    Cheers.

There is usually a group which set off from the Parkway shopping center at 10am on Sunday mornings. It is called the tri club spin because it actually is, you can take that option which mostly triathletes which is quite slow if that is what you want, or there is usually a group of more serious cyclists that meet there, mostly from Limerick CC which head off their on way at a faster pace! There is also the Limerick CC spins from Arthur's Quay on Saturdays at 9am but are quite long (117km today and usually around that with a few hills thrown in) and fast. They have yet to properly start a Sunday spin but I doubt they will at this stage with the racing season already upon us. Hope this helps, let me know if you want any more info and I will see if I can answer it for you! Best of luck ;)

Thanks man, I dont really have much experience riding in group, so it might be worth checking with them first, do you know if they have a contact? (the tri club)

Don't worry about the group riding part. I went once and even saw a fella turn up in gaa shorts (around 2 degrees celcius at the time) and just runners with flat pedals. Wobbling going out of the carpark like he was a kid who had just learned to ride a bike or drunk. Trust me, you will be fine!

With regard to contacting them, I've no numbers or names to give you really but I can only point you in the direction of their message board which seems to be fairly active so I think that may be your best option at the moment (crazy not to have a phone number on the website, at least I cannot seem to see one!). I can try further about getting a number for you if that is no joy for you and you are really stuck. I don't mind, just let me know! Cheers ;)
