Hello,

I've just seen a kestrel, standing in an island in the middle of the dual carriage way in Ferrybank, Waterford.

I was really close to it and it didn't move at all.... Went to the shop and came back 10 minutes later, it was still there. It might be still there now.

The WSPCA and ISPCA numbers I called went straight to voicemail, as they are office hours only.

Any advice?
