    Hi,

I find that I put a lot of pressure on myself! I do not know why! I always want to be the best at everything I do...be it at work, playing football, even cooking!!
Even this year I want to run at least 3 marathons and in future I want to climb some of europes highest mountains!!! Crazy but I seem to demand I do it!

And I do not know why!!

Anyone with similar issue? Or can offer any advice?

    Thank you.

Nothing wrong with setting yourself goals especially if you can achieve them.

Its not a problem I have myself but I'm thinking of grabbing a copy of "F*ck it" and giving it a read: http://tinyurl.com/5kzq59

It sounds like time is your issue here.
Some people find the need to pack a truck load off jobs or activities in to a short time frame to save off the fear off wasting time.
Try and learn to chill if you can as their is only so much a person can realistically do in any giving year without knocking themselves out.
Put it short...pace yourself so you can finish the run and not collapse.
