lookin for an estimate for this work car had to be towed 25 km's pads on both sides at the front had to be changed and a caliper replaced parts were paid for but had to travel to travel to get them car is a laguna how much would u charge for the above

Are you asking for an actual quote from a mechanic? Or for an opinion. If the latter:

Reconditioned caliper approx 100 quid
Brake pads from a motor factors 40-50 quid
Brake cleaner and fluid 20-30 quid
Labour 2 hours max
25 km tow, no idea

If you go to a main dealer they may insist on fitting a new caliper which will probably be a crazy price.
