    Hey guys,

Got a tooth extracted yesterday, no pain or swelling today at all. Reckon it's fine for me to exercise today and tomorrow as normal (without clenching my teeth when lifting weights of course :D? Think you are meant to take it easy but figure that's mainly if you have pain etc..

It really depends on a number of factors.
    • which tooth was extracted.
    • Had it large roots
    • Was it a difficult extraction
    • Was the socket packed after
    • Do you bleed/clot easily
    • How hard you exercise
You increase your chances of secondary haemorrhage and possible dry socket if the clot is lost.
