The My Account app won't log in for my for the last few days.

I've checked and rechecked my login details and password. They're working for me on the website but not in the app.

    Any ideas?

It's a known issue. We're working on resolving it.

Does the problem occur on EDGE/3G, WiFi, or both?

Is that the same as your my bill app?

*111# is quicker, more reliable and not reliant on the whims of the 02 login which seems to be unavailable about 50% of the time you try it. Same with webtexts tbh. o2 are notoriously unreliable at this kind of thing. I deleted the app this morning.

It's an updated version that was rebranded for O2. It's now the official O2 app :)

    It definitely occurs on 3G.

I can't confirm for wifi or Edge till later on.

not really a fair comment, i use the app along with etp, and very very rarely have any problem, to say its out of service 50% of the time is grossly exaggerating, one in 20 attempts it may have failed to connect first time is my experience, but you could live with that

Thanks. I'd be very interested to find out if it occurs on WiFi or not.

    No it isn't.

The website has been up all day and the app hasn't been working.

    This is an ongoing problem.

I had a problem earlier on wifi, but that's the only problem I've ever had. Congrats on your deal with o2 Vinny, I'm delighted for you. I was in contact with you about testing eirtext pro at the very start. ;)

    Cheers, guys.

We're still investigating the login issues. I hope to know more next week.

    Vinny.

Interestingly, it's not working for me again. I can't load o2.ie in safari on the iphone either (3G conn). But o2.ie works grand if I use my pc (upc).

And how about accessing O2.ie on iPhone on WiFi?
