Ipod Shuffle

I've the new "very" small shuffle and have a couple of issues that I'm sure someone knows the answer to?

Does anyone recommend a good pair of replacement headphones, the Apple ones, may be okay but for running they are fairly useless and slip out. They need to have the control function on them too, as the shuffle has none and have the ear hooks or a head strap.

When using it, after about 10 minutes of listening the volume seems to lock and I can't change it unless I switch it off for a few minutes, why's this?

If I shake it too much, again when running it starts going into a fit of sorts and keeps telling me "all songs" over and over... anyone any idea why?

    Anyway, your help is appreciated.

It sounds like a fault with the earphone jack, by moving it around it causes ipod to think it needs to name song,or change volume etc...

check with apple to see if it still under warranty.
