Concrete Driveway?

I want to rip up the 1980's tarmacadam in the driveway and replace it with concrete, but with an added effect. If you've been to the elephants enclosure in Dublin Zoo you might have noticed that the walkway throughout has fossil like prints of leaves and various mammal footprints.

Is there anyone who specializes in this type of concrete or is it easy to do?

The area is about 30 square feet with a tree sitting in the middle which I'd prefer to keep. There's also a manhole cover which is stopping me from taking on the project myself.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
