If you have Sky Sports or know anyone who has it, they show the games live. Here's a list of of their live rugby games over the next month: http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12946,00.html

I'm sure the ones that are on at drinking friendly times are shown in pubs as well, but what ones I wouldn't be able to say. Someone else here might know..
