Apparently Andrew Lloyd-Webber has just bought Abbey Road Studios....maybe not a huge interest on here, but I thought it was good news :D

    Another piece of useless info:
The local council there have to paint the Abbey Road wall every two months due to tourists constantly writing on the wall leaving messages.

Remember when the Beatles copied that band Red Hot Chilly Willy and walked across the road on Abbey Road? Except they chickened out and kept their clothes on when they did it.

Too true. The the Chilly Willys were the real innovators. In fact the most impressive part of their album photography was the use of futuristic concept cars in their street scene. Designs that in fact eventually turned out to be actual production models in the late 1980's! Such insight!

He's recorded most of his musicals there, from 'Jesus Christ Superstar' to the new one he's just launching, so it makes good business sense as well I guess
