Eggheads, Where has Pat gone?

Just wondering where Pat Gibson, winner of, 'Are you an Egghead' series 2 gone to??
Thought by now he'd be on the regular show.
He even seems to have dissappeared of the intro of the present series of eggheads.
The present series isn't repeats.
Any ideas?

I would think that he only had a contract for one season.
He had about as much personality as a bag of potatoes, as well as always looking uncomforable and out of place on screen.
Presumably they gave him the boot.
Rightly so in my opinion.

Quizzers by there nature seem to be a bit out of place in front of the screen anyway.
Pat is ranked as the 2nd highest quizzer in the world!!

never heard of repeats? That program mixes them in with the new ones regulalry...on the latest ones Barry has "disappeared" too
