Couldn't tell you because it depends entirely on your age, gender, occupation, type of car, type of cover needed, area you live, how much your car is worth etc.

Get the phone book and ring every insurance company and broker in it and you'll find the cheapest.

I was with Eagle Star for 10 years full no claims etc., and changed to AIG last year and saved €288! I couldn't believe it was being ripped off by Eagle Star, both my policies were through AA.

Tell me what age you are, are you a lad or a lass, and do you have a full license of not. Started on €1200 with Asgard, now on €800 after a year.

Bethrifty.ie are giving €7 if you get a quote with aviva! Easiest €7 you'll ever make if you get it, have to register first with them!

I'm not going to move the thread to Motors either as they already have enough of this type of thread.

OP, there is no one place for the best car insurance. You will simply have to ring every insurance company and broker and see who can get you the best deal.
