eejet needs advice re humax foxsat

I'm thinking of upgrading an existing Technomate set up i have . I want to be able to record from the satelite .Specifically i want to record radio programs . i was thinking of getting a humax foxsat . My main questions are ,
1. Do i need a dual Lnb ?
2. Do i run two coax cable to the reciever ?
3. Can i record Radio programs ?
4. Can i then convert these to mp3's that i can transfer to another player? (yes i have heard of podcasts but i'm on dial up for the foreseable future)
5. The foxsat if for high def Can i use this in a normal Tv ie old cathode ray tube with scart lead until i upgrade?
6. Whats the best way to extend this round the house?

I know to most these will be easy questions but i have a headache reading various sites ,.

Answers

1&2. To get all the functionality you could do with a dual lnb and two cables running to the box. It will still work with a single lnb and one cable
3. Yes
4.Yes. Transfer the recorded file from the box to a PC using a usb stick and then you convert to mp3.
5. Yes but it won't be HD
6. Messy. There is no RF out (like you'd have on a Sky box) so one solution would be to run one of the scart cables to a video that has a scart In connection and then take the signal from the video via RF out and then you could pipe it around the house.

That answers a lot for me .
Just one more on the distribution thing .
If i get a quad LnB i could then use the original Technomate in another room ? and have a spare line for maybe a computer tv card ?

~Thanks . Is there any real need to fork out for the dearer cable and the crimped connections ? or will the standard cable and screwed connection suffice?

f connectors are fine , I would get the tx100 cable good stuff and wont break the bank.
