Banned from Business Park, 'lawful'?

    I don't work there so does not affect my employment.

    As I approached the park as a shortcut walk today, their excuse was
    "Due to an incident that occurred on blah blah date, you had refused to delete a photo from your mobile phone so I cannot allow you into the park'

    I never admitted anything today or in the past. I said 'whatever' today and walked back out.

    Can a private business park that allows the public in to walk on their footpaths and drive on their roads ban anyone they like for whatever reason?

    Yes, it's a private area.

    They can set any entry conditions they like.

    Tell you what,

    tell the security guard if they don't cop on you will contact the owner of the car and offer her the photographs in any claim which she may be contemplating bringing.
