The delivery price kills it IMO. Its €64.90 for delivery which makes it about 475€ overall. I know it was only €530 there a couple of weeks ago for the 42B451 in Currys, and the 451 is a better telly. That and Pixmania's known issues with customer service. €409 is a very good base price though. Samsungs plasma's are'nt that bad after all, not as good as panasonic but probably more bang for buck considering the price

The resolution is what's killing me with this TV; and yes, I'm aware that Plasma TVs use non-square pixels to display their image. There's a similar TV on HUKD that people, including me, are debating the merits of given the resolution.

In anyway, if your intent is to watch SDTV mostly, then I'd say go get this TV in one of the stores Zonda999 mentioned, but if you intend on mostly watching HD content, then look elsewhere. The fact that it has 2 HDMI ports is cause for concern if you are looking to hook up any HD device, given that HDMI is so prevalent.

Yep, and it looks like the age of HD ready plasma's, as opposed to Full HD models, is pretty much over. For Panasonics 2010 range, they have'nt made any improvements to their 2009 "X10" Hd ready range, merely changed the name to X20, taken away a hdmi port and changed the surface of the bezel
