Accounts of a Subsidiary

I am doing a project on a Limited company that is based in Ireland. It is a subsidiary of a multinational company based in America.

What accounts, if any, is the company in Ireland required to produce and publish? Basically I need to find as much details I can about the company that is available. I have tried to do some research on the internet and have come up with the following:

The subsidiary is not required to produce a Balance sheet on its own. It is part of the consolidated accounts of the multinational company.

As far as I understand, the subsidiary is required to publish a statement of corporate governance.

Is there any other information that this company should be producing? And is a subsidiary actually required to fill out a statement of corporate governance?
