    Hi All,

I'm just wondering if anybody could point me in the direction of any news reports in relation to a very recent HC case that was dismissed. It would seem that a lady was at a private function in a top dublin hotel (don't know which) and she was drunk and slipped and fell. She took a PI case which was dismissed. Part of the evidence which came out was that she claimed in the hospital that she couldn't move her legs. Somehow, the staff at the hospital got an inkling that she was being less than truthful and they managed to trick her into walking there and then!

It was reported in the last few weeks i believe. If anyone knows anything on it, some more info would be appreciated....Many thanks.

    Bluey
