Advice about new gear

Ok guys, you recommended Addictive Drums to me, and I'm still creaming my pants to John Bohnams old Ludwig kit with it hooked up to my V-Drums, so thanks for that:)

Anyway, I have a home studio setup of the following:

    Pro-tools Le 7.4
    Power Mac dual-core 2 ghz
    Digi 002 rack factory bundle
    Octopre
    Command 8
    KRK Rockit 8's monitors

I have a selection of Mics, but my main Vox mic is an SE z5600 tube mic.

I've freed up some funds and I'm looking at purchasing the following, and would like the opinions of the learned folk on here:

    1. Focusrite ISA One Bundle which comes with the ADAT card and also the Liquid Mix 16

    2. Audio Technica 4033

    3. SE Project Studio Reflection Filter

    4. Overloud Breverb plugin

I can get all the above for around €1000 ex-vat. So, what do you think? Is there a better way to spend in your opinion? I haven't been too happy with my vox chain, so I'm looking to achieve a better preamp mic combo, and the above gives me options. Looking for a warmer tone. Find my current mic and preamp combo is a bit harsh with my vox.

My voice can be heard here, for those who think they could match my voice to a good suitable signal chain. Its stripped down to just vox and guitar so the vox is clear.

The liquid mix 16 is only an extra €120 as part of the ISA bundle and I like the sound of it, so I decidd to give it a whirl. Theres no more depth to that particular purchase tbh.

I just have the basic protools plugins, so was looking for some beter reverb, and the reviews for the breverb are good, and I can have a free 14 day trial.

As usual, all advice appreciated, and if any shop owners have special deals, that'd be appreciated too;):)

    cheers.
    J

i think an sm7b would warm your voice up alot - not saying its bad in any way.

its also low output, as your voice sounds strong

would be a larger change than a preamp in any case.

I can't believe I forgot about this legend DaDumTish!! Its that whole, think vocals, think condenser, psychology effecting me. I think the SM7 would be ideal.

    Fair play!

What are you not liking with the liquid mix? Also you say you aren't mad on the EQ, does that mean you like the compressor side of it?
