Hi so I broke a tooth today so have to go to dentist to get it sorted: just wondering if it does have to get extracted can you like get something like an implant there instead? Also I am in a word petrified. Out in a cold sweat at the thoughts of going in there so if anyone can give me any tips at getting through that or…
