    Form 48
assent by personal representatives to the registration of a person entitled as full owner where a registered owner dies testate on or after the 1st June 1959 (rule 94)

Anyone know where I can download the form 48 and 50 on the net ?

EDIT: Is there an online option for changing the name on the deeds of a house and if so what is the link ?

No, there's not. I don't know why you are asking but if this is an attempt at some DIY conveyancing, stop now. You need to have a solicitor.

Just changing the name on a Deed.

I was told in the Four courts that it could be done without a solicitor by just filling in a form available on the net. I am sure it is available on the PRAI website.

The forms section is towards the end.

In light of the fact the only form of signature still legally valid to transfer an interest in property is a paper one I fear you were given wrong information.

Every second query on this forum recently seems to be a lay person trying to do something they shouldn't. I frankly have no idea what you are trying to achieve as you do not give enough information, but transferring a house into your name is far more involved than buying a new TV, and should be treated with due care.

Apologies for saying it, but you don't have a clue what you are doing, and you should stop now before you do more harm than good.

    Locking

DIY conveyancing is a very bad idea that this board wants no hand or part in.
