Clan Wars 4 - Rescheduled to August

Hi all,

Clan Wars 3 was a massive event for us and the feedback has been overwhelming from newspapers, magazines, clubs, fighters, supporters and promoters etc

We worked extremely hard for the event and thought it went very well, this was only our second proper show and we are ever evolving, we have some issues to address regarding where we are heading with the show and the number of amateur fights on the card but over all we thought it went very well.

We weren’t the only ones who thought the show went really well, unknown to us there was a few big names in European MMA in attendance who were apparently very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the show, so much so they have organised meetings with us next month.

With these developments we feel running a show in April would be unjust to the quality of the show, a lot of you will know running a professional show takes a lot of time and effort. We feel to give Clan Wars our best work we would need to reschedule to August and offer the biggest, most professional Clan Wars show to date. We aim to collaborate the headline fights of 2-3 shows into one big event!

We where thinking of doing this already but the final decision was made by Clan Wars committee members when the news came through today that Billy Harris had damaged his elbow against Stephen Mc Combe at the weekend.

To give maximum effort and maintain quality we feel we were over exuberant in planning for April especially as we have fighters competing in England in 4 weeks and now with the news of the new eyes on the show we want to do the best job for the show, the sport and the fighters.

The show will be put back to August were we had previously planned Clan Wars 5 so that we do not clash with the other shows around May / June / July.

The fight card for this is going to be awesome with alot of added interest building already.
