Hi all not to sure if i am posting this in the right place if im not then sorry if i am here goes. My mother in law is having problems with her sky box all her irish channels are all picsolated and a few movie channels too she said this has been happening since she got her new sky card, anyone else have this problem if so…

You'd be better off asking in the satellite forum.
But check the coax is connected securely to both dish and box.
And that the dish is correctly aligned.
