Hi guys...I am on the verge of setting up a small business but to do so requires signing a frnchise License contract in order to do business

the contract is very basic only 4 pages long but has alot loose ends that needs to be tied by someone with a legal contract background and drafted in such a way as to protect the interests of both parties

Does anyone have any advice or more importantly know anyone who has the skill and legal background to take a look at the contract for a competitive price?? i' have been in contacted with a few soloicitors offices but I am trying to keep costs alot lower........I have no problem for any work being done outside of office hours etc

    I'm located in North Dublin

    Cheers

This is not an area you want to cut costs in imo.

Yeah I feel the fact the contract is small means its actually more robust in the fact that it's Black&White what's being said and there is no strange/misleading and confusing clauses....

I'm really looking for someone who is a solicitor and is looking for a bit of extra money for a simple re-draft of a contarct that should a take a hour or two for an experienced person?? Basic contract law....etc

    Cheers guys

    speaking as someone who knows......

please don't skimp on this. I would, for your sake and the sake of whoever is advising you, go legit on the legal advice.
