Yep thats right its all over. The recovery has started! Sing it from the hill tops!

Quick people get your check books out, with bargins like this there is only a limited time left to get on the property ladder.....

"** BUY NOW THE RECOVERY HAS STARTED ** New to the market and priced to sell is 49 Frenchpark Oranmore. This house would be an ideal starter home and has all the amenities that Oranmore has to offer on its doorstep such as shops, bars, restaurants, church, national & secondary school, all weather sports facility to mention a few any yet only a few miles from Galway City. Meticulously maintained by its present owners this home truly is in walk in condition and ready to comfortably accommodate its new owners or the option to continue to rent it to its present occupants who will continue to maintain the property like owner occupiers. No expense was spared on the fit out of this property and the buyer also has the option to buy the contents at a reduced price. The south facing back garden has had a makeover and is now a beautiful maintenance free patio and rockery complete with superb shrubs. This is a perfect opportunity to buy your affordable home in a great location."

I wouldn't pay 225k for a house like that in Dublin let alone Galway!

You should be legally entitled to slap EAs that still use bulls**t expressions like "starter home, property ladder, etc"... hard.

If anyone was in any doubt about how far we are from recovery, this should snap them out of it. Ludicrous, embarrassing and comical.
