    There is far too much going on in the sound mix and I dont know that its all that sexy but its an interesting approach

    I think what might add to it is some "sexy" music fading in at the start and then distorting/going off key around the time we find out its a car crash.
    Also maybe cut the "sarah whats going on" maybe make it moaning?
    Johnfunk is wright there's something not quite right about the sound...

    Hmm............well that was interesting (especially the 1st half :P)

    The sound mix and dialogue sounds like it's in a tunnel, maybe lower the volume of the dialogue and cut out some of the mixes to help it blend with area around them? It sounds like there's too much happening.

    As the camera pans away then you should cue the fading of the cries and allow the sirens to become louder? (Maybe just allow the sounds of the emergency vehicles to drown out everything else?)

    Other than that it's an interesting take.
