    Hi,

    I have an interview for a Software Engineer position with Cisco. I'm wondering does anyone have any experience with them, what kinda questions to expect... Any pointers appreciated.

    I did interview for test engineer job.

    Questions about Java, OSI layers, social networking, virtualisation, VOIP, automated testing. Got me to write SQL statements on whiteboard.

    Interviewed by 3 team members, then second interview with 2 managers.

    I would guess that Java could be the big focus for software eng, might get you to write program on the board, seems to be common occurence in their interviews from what i've heard.
