from itunes, right click on playlist , to export your itunes playlist into an xml file. upload to that website. it searches spotify and creates a playlist.

here is one I made : Qualitee Choons

It seems there is a ~1MB limit to the size of the xml file, but thats around 700 tracks at a time.
