    Wheres the best bars and the cheapest hotels?

    I'm just going to follow on from this thread, I'm heading to a stag in September 2013 in Newcastle. Anyone know any pubs that we have to go to?? I've heard great things about it. We're going to try and get a game in when we're there, Newcastle or Sunderland.

    Any help would be great.

    You will prob end up in big market which is rank but good for stags, jesmond area has some really good pubs. Quays some decent bars but bit quieter. Premier Inn or Travelodge are both in decent areas and cheap as chips.
