Motor tax on a second hand car...

    Sorry to post about this, but did a search and couldn't find the answer to my question.

    Received my logbook in the post this morning and I'm in the process of filling out the RF100A form. I can't make it to the motor tax office so I'm gonna have to post the form in so I'd like to have it correct.

    In section 5, it asks for Past Owner Period (if applicable)... I don't know any of the details about the previous tax on the car. I don't even know when the vehicle was last taxed.

    Do I have to fill this bit in or do I just fill in the 'Tax Disc Now Required' bit?

    This question may seem stupid, but thanks in advance for your help. This is my first car!
