Blowing air through chlorinated water?

Ok in my local pool they have pool beds you lie back into while air is blown against you back in the water .

The pool doesnt seem heavily chlorinated as they use uv filters to help and then chlorine as needed , they check the chlorine levels and take other measurements etc a few times a day.

however i notice that when the air is blowing through the water if you are in the immediate area of the pool beds the air has a strong chorine tint to it.
i cant go near it usually without it catching me and i end up coughing until i leave the immediate area where the air is blown through the water.
Any body have any ideas on the health aspects of this ?
Does this process release more chlorine into the air?

I asked in the swimming boards but nobody had any ideas there.

The chlorine is added as hypochlorous acid (HOCl) and what may be happening when air is bubbled through, it is coming out as a fine aerosol, easily inhaled causing irritation.

I presume this would be a bit of a health issue ?

couple week old post but anyway, here is the link to the MSDS material safety data sheet for HOCl. it seems fairly safe. a hiccup-incurring nuisance at most.
    cheers
