Weekend Hotel break in Ireland

I keep hearing about these great hotels deals at the moment and would like one for myself! Looking for a decent hotel, has to have a pool, ideally within 2 hours drive of Dublin. Maybe a package with dinner included, weekend of the 12 March. Anyone seen any good deals?
