    Hi,

Basically bought an apartment few years ago which i was claiming mtge relief on. 2 years ago my girlfriend at the time bought a house but to get mtge I was named on the mortgage as guarantor but she never claimed rent relief (as she was getting a supplement from work that she thought was it) Last year we got married and I moved out of the apt and moved into the house and rented out the apt. I filed in the form to stop TRS on the apt to change my PPR and since it was rented out but now my question is can my now wife claim rent relief back dated on the house as i'm named on the mortgage too and I was already claiming TRS on the apt?
