    my friend has really bad insomina,only getting 2 hrs a nite at best.
    is anyone aware of any sleep clinics where they monitier your sleep and
    try get to the root of the problem. He has tried hypno therapy and other things but none have worked.

    did you friend move the position of bed - new position in room might help
    usual suspects like change diet - etc etc.
    exercise - and fresh air -
