    Hi,
I am looking to buy a house in Dublin but my budget is 350k at a push.

I want to buy in a nice location, with good public transport, good services such as shopping, restaurants, pubs, gym, pool, sports, etc.

    Any suggestions or recommendations?

    Thansk.

    Ranelagh, Rathmines, Harolds Cross
    Lots of buses and Luas
Cinema, swimming pools, tennis club (Mounpleasant), Leinster Cricket club, lots of parks
    Shopping centre
    Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants
Near to city centre - half hour walk

I quite like Shankill. Has the Dart, sea, and lovely park areas.

    35 according to daft.

What do you want? 3-bed semiD? apartment? Several are extendable if you want a larger house later.

    150 properties in Dublin 8

But then I can't see why anyone would want to live in the outer suburbs....

The poster asked for houses. Out of that 35, about half are houses/bungalows with alot of them being tiny.
