Posting Problems

    When I go on the site sometimes-the format changes for no reason. Yellow -different colours and sometimes the way I view threads.
    I also dont seem to have the facility to put smiley faces in my posts or spoiler highlighting for television posts I dont seem to have facilities I previously had like bold highlighting and what not.. Is there something wrong with my account?

    Please Help.
